How do I return products to Ayurhealth? You can return any item to us in its original packaging or in its original condition to Ayurhealth. Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.
How do I return defective/damaged items and get a refund? If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send the defective/damaged item in a secure packaging back to us. Attach a short note stating the reason for return, your order number, put the product in a secure package and send it to us via a reliable courier or mail. We will promptly issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product, including the shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.
Within what time period do I have to return the product? You need to return any product bought from our on line store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.
How and when will I get my refund? Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.
Delivery Places & Time We currently ship to hundred of locations across Australia and the world. We normally ship your order in 5 days. Customized A unique orders are shipped separately within 7 days of the order being placed.
Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address. To some cities/towns it can take upto 5 days from the time of pick up to deliver a consignment. Some international destinations may require around 10 days for the consignment to be delivered.
For a consignment not delivered at the consignee address, a message slip will be left. The consignment will be held at the local courier's office. The consignee can collect it from the local office within 7 days of the receipt of the message slip. There is no pick up or delivery of your order by our courier services on Sunday and Holidays.

The Billing Address must match the credit card details, incase you choose credit card as your payment option.
